has been founded in july 2007 by Jean-Marie Preel, Françoise Hecquet and Jean-Baptiste Payet-Godel, former partners of CLYDE & Co Paris.

A strong nucleus of three co-founders

- Each with over 20 years of experience in the field of industrial risk : they have acquired wide experience in the field, specialized knowledge of their clients'activities and are highly respected in their areas of expertise
- they have worked together for 15 years as a team, effectively complementing each other's areas of expertise.

The support of colleagues in foreign countries

The firm works in close collaboration with :

• Colleagues in France : they have established privileged relationships with a network of law firms located in France and in the French Overseas Departments and Territories


• Consultants in foreign law : they have two consultants specialized in Spanish and Italian law


• Colleagues abroad : they have signed a cooperation agreement with COZEN O'CONNOR (United-States, United-Kingdom) and JOHN STRUB & SEILER, a prominent German law firm and other leading firms (Italy, Belgium, Netherlands, Greece, Argentina, Spain, Japan). They also have access to the "network" members of the UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats).
